Return and Refund Policy

If a purchase does not meet your expectations, please review the information below and follow the applicable steps.

Return overview

  • Return window: Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Restocking fees: No restocking fees are charged.
  • Refund processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
  • Return shipping: If the return is due to an error or a defective item, return shipping costs are covered by us. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted under specific conditions.
  • Reference: All returns are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kyliescollectives.com. Cancellation requests can be accepted only if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If the order has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, you can request a return in accordance with our return requirements.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us by email at info@kyliescollectives.com. Please include the following information so we can review the issue:

  • Your order reference number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Once the review is completed, you can choose to receive either a replacement item or a full refund.

Return requirements
Items returned within 30 days of delivery must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and unwashed
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • All original tags remain attached

Items returned outside these conditions (including refused shipments or returns sent without approval) will be rejected and returned to the sender, or no refund will be issued.

How to return an item

  • Contact info@kyliescollectives.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for return approval before sending the item back.
  • Follow the packaging instructions and return address provided by our support team.
  • Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Please note that additional processing time can be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Additional information
If the return is due to an error or a defective item, return shipping costs are covered by us. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transport.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. The exchange process includes the following steps:

  • Submit request: Email info@kyliescollectives.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Item requirements:
    • Unused, unworn and unwashed
    • In original packaging
    • All tags attached
  • Next steps: After review, you will receive instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
