Shipping Policy
Delivery summary
- Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 04:00 PM (EDT) are processed on the same business day.
- Order processing: 1–3 days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping transit time: 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.
- Order confirmation and tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, a separate email will be sent containing tracking information.
- Shipping costs: Free shipping within the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kyliescollectives.com. Cancellation requests can be accepted only if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If the order has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, you can request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us by email at info@kyliescollectives.com. Please include the following information so we can review the issue:
- Your order reference number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
Once the review is completed, you can choose to receive either a replacement item or a full refund.
Possible delivery delays
Delivery timeframes may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- High order volumes or public holiday periods
- Severe weather conditions or natural events
- Courier service disruptions or operational delays
